Walsh Reclamation is a locally owned and operated company with over 75 years of combined experience in the mining and reclamation field. Since 1992, we’ve supported hundreds of projects across Nevada. Our modern equipment and dedicated team allow us to deliver efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible work. Everyone on our team works to our Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan. We meet or exceed site requirements on every job.
We target zero incidents on every site. Crews open each shift with a Job Hazard Analysis and a focused toolbox talk. Supervisors run spot checks during the day and document controls for changing conditions. If something is not safe, we stop, correct, and only proceed when controls are verified.

Our teams include seasoned operators, grade and pad specialists, and site leads who know mine protocols. Workers complete site access training and equipment certifications before deployment. New hires pair with experienced mentors until they meet our performance and safety standard.

Environmental controls are built into our scopes from day one. We install and maintain BMPs, manage stormwater, and prevent releases with secondary containment and trained fueling practices. Reclamation follows specs for backfill, grading, erosion control, and seeding to meet compliance.
